The hiring engine
HERE'S MY HIRE matches workers and companies automatically. Hiring is why people come back every day, and every visit puts your listing in front of them.
Fresh every day
TxDOT bids and lettings checked every morning, plus projects, law and regulation and the daily brief.
HERE'S MY HIRE: the lifeblood of the site
How it works →GCs come here to hire and to find subs. When they do, your listing is in the results.
Workers build one free profile (trades, certifications, equipment, pay and how far they'll travel) and set their ideal employer. Companies set their ideal hire. When a match joins or updates, both sides hear about it. No résumé pile, no job-board sifting.
- One profile, searchable by every Texas contractor
- Up to 5 ideal-employer alerts
- You pick who sees it; contact details show only to a company that unlocks them, and you see who did
- First job post free
- Member Pro: 10 HERE'S MY HIRE profiles and search on every worker field
- Alerts the moment a matching worker joins or updates

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Listing or claiming your company, a directory listing, a worker profile, your first job post, basic Sub Finder and GC Finder search, 5 saved items and 1 saved search are free. You pay only for visibility, links, targeting and advanced search.
I think my company is already listed. Where did it come from?
Company listings start from public records (TDLR All Licenses (Texas Open Data Portal) and TxDOT Vendor List). They show only the business name, license, city and county until the owner claims the listing. Claiming is free; find your company.
How do I pay?
No card is charged on this site. Choose an item, send the request, and HERE City emails you a QuickBooks invoice. The feature switches on when the invoice is paid. Prices are per state; the same paid tier in another state is half price. How billing works.
What does HERE'S MY CLIENT share with me?
Audience counts, impressions, clicks and the leads members chose to send you. Never member lists or contact details. Every ad is reviewed and labeled Sponsored, and a member sees one offer at most 3 times a day.
How does section sponsorship work?
One sponsor per section per state. Your name, one line and a link appear at the top of that section's page and its stories, labeled "Section sponsor". Our editors review the line before it runs. Sponsors never see or approve stories, and coverage is not for sale (editorial standards).
Who will see my listing?
Texas contractors, owners, developers and workers who use the site for bids, news, hiring and finding subs and GCs, plus search engines. Listings link back to your profile, which helps search engines and AI assistants describe you accurately.
